Most recently she was the EVP Customer For Life at Radian6 and Salesforce where she led customer success growth strategy. Prior to Radian6, Daniella led customer solutions delivery at Q1 labs, Alcatel and iMagicTV. She is now the CEO of Gemba Software Solutions Inc. Daniella is passionate about coaching startups, has a never ending supply of energy, an unquenchable curiosity, and a heartfelt philanthropic commitment.
Dave Grebenc has over 30 years experience in the telecom and IT industry leading business strategy, product development, sales and marketing. He was recently inducted to the Atlantic Business Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame. Dave, along with his business partner, Roxanne Fairweather, co-lead a workforce that has grown to employ over 600 people. He has taken an active leadership role on a number of boards and committees such as the Premier Advisory Council on Technology, co-founding and chairing the New Brunswick Information Technology Council, and co-chairing the UNB Computer Science advisory board. He also chaired Propel ICT through a signficant growth period. Dave holds a bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
Rob has spent 17 years working in investment management and capital markets and as an entrepreneur. Most recently, he spent 11 years at Burgundy Asset Management, a leading global investment management firm. While at Burgundy, he founded its sister company, Beaujolais Private Investment Management. When he left Burgundy in 2013, Rob was a senior vice president responsible for private client business and was a board director. Before joining Burgundy, Rob worked at TD Securities in various capital markets roles. As an entrepreneur, Rob was president and co-founder of a medical IT startup, eSalveo, that was sold in 2001. Rob received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and his undergraduate and Masters degrees (Economics) from Queen’s University.
Jeff has more than 17 years of experience leading growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and both public and private capital offerings. Jeff was previously, COO of East Valley Ventures, a New Brunswick-based startup accelerator and early-stage investor. Prior to joining NBIF, Jeff worked as CFO at companies like Radian6, Genesys Laboratories Canada and Q1 Labs, interim CFO at Canada’s Ocean Supercluster, and most recently co-founder and COO at East Valley Ventures, the successful New Brunswick-based start-up accelerator and early-stage investor. Jeff is a St. Francis Xavier University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Jeff is passionate about local community, mentoring startups, coaching basketball and serves on a number of boards and committees.
Michele Perras is a serial entrepreneur, advisor, speaker, and award-winning product leader based in SF and Seattle. Her expertise helps global companies thrive in periods of massive growth, including fundraising, IPOs, and acquisitions. She has built teams in go-to-market, operations, and product with companies such as Pivotal Software, NEO Innovation, HelloAlice, and Klick Health, and is a strategic advisor with OKHi, Population, Tooso (acquired by Coveo), and the Center for Transformational Change. Michele also advises and mentors with Alchemist Accelerator, Canadian Women’s Network, and Code for Canada, and consults with women- and mission-led startups around the world. She is an LP with WISDOM.VC.
