ProcedureFlow Welcomes Tom Breneol as VP of Business Development
ProcedureFlow is pleased to announce and welcome Tom Breneol as Vice President of Business Development.
Tom comes to ProcedureFlow with over 32 years of experience in the communications and software industry, including his previous role as Regional Vice President for Genesys. Tom led the Genesys global relationship partnership with IBM, focusing on cooperative applications in the customer experience market with IBM’s artificial intelligence, cognitive and machine learning initiatives.

Prior to Genesys, Tom spent 12 years with Manitoba Telecom Services. There he took on several key roles in business development including an appointment to the new revenue opportunities committee and a three-year working assignment with the Premier’s economic development team.
